F1 season "worthy of a Hollywood film script"

F1 season "worthy of a Hollywood film script" The 2009 Formula One season so far has been described as "a tale worthy of a Hollywood film script", according to the event's official website.

In a mid-season review of Brawn GP, Formula1.com said: "Eight races in and four poles and six victories for the rechristened team is the best-ever start to a season for a 'new' constructor."

The team ended last season as Honda, announcing an unexpected withdrawal from the championship.

In 2009 however, they have maintained an almost unfaltering record on the podium, re-branded as Brawn GP.

This year has seen the title fight move away from previous championship contenders such as BMW Sauber, McLaren and Ferrari to favour teams such as Brawn GP and Red Bull Racing - with all four drivers taking the top four spots so far.

Both reigning champion Lewis Hamilton and 2009 season championship leader Jenson Button will be appearing at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this July in Surrey.
