Here is how it works.
Day 1
Make you own way up to London where you can check in to a fabulous 4 star hotel in the Heart of the city.

Our concierge will meet you at the station and accompany you for a welcome meal and drinks with the other guests.

Then it is off to the theatre to see a fabulous play. You will get the best seats available and a night to remember.

Then it is back to the hotel. Unless of course you would like to stay out and party. We can certainly help you out if you do!

DAY 2
Ladies, it is time for frocks and hats as the big day dawns.
Your coach and courier will pick you up after a hearty breakfast and whisk you off to Ascot for a day at the races.

This package is only available with Grand Stand tickets so you will be in the thick of the action from the minute you arrive.

Upgrades are available please ask for information.

After the races we take you back into London where you have a night in your hotel to do as you like.

Day 3
In the morning our couriers will meet you in the Hotel and make sure that everything went according to plan before making sure you are ready to depart.

Ascot Race Course Information

Ascot is located in the Thames Valley and is about 60 minutes from central London by coach.

The race course has been extensively rebuilt and refurbished recently and we think it is one of the best grandstands in the world.

Most races days allow guests a choice of areas to watch the races within the stands. Ladies day on the other hand is by far the biggest day at Ascot and as a result the Silver Ring open grassed areas are used.

The Silver Ring is a party unconfined. Ladies in huge hats, glamorous dresses and broad smiles canter over the grass like thoroughbred fillies. There are book makers at stands playing tick tack with their peers and for those who are prepared to brave the elements the Silver Ring is a really great budget option.

For guests who are looking for a more “refined” option then the Grandstand upgrade is well worth the extra money. The concourse is full of bookmakers, totes and stalls and bars selling food and drink. As ever the hats are unavoidable, ever present and incredible.

Finally there is the luxury option of taking a box or attending the race at one of the corporate hospitality restaurants. These options cost more but are a fantastic way to experience Ascot Ladies Day in style.

Guests who join us have the option of also booking a buffet lunch and wine. We build a gazebo and invite our guests to come over at their leisure – we keep the stand open for around 2 hours. The food is plentiful and we allocate around a bottle of wine per person so there is plenty to go around. We will be there but it is up to you to make sure you come back and get your lunch because in all the madness of Ladies Day there is no way we will be able to find you!

Coaches leave around 40 minutes after the last race. You will have ample time to collect your winnings and meander back to the coach. Don’t be late!
