The bus leaves early and heads north to the spiritual home of football, Manchester.

A guided tour of Manchester United famous Old Trafford football ground follows.
If you don't know anything about Man Utd or the city you soon will. The guide will either love or hate the club and there is so much happening in Manchester that trying to put it all here would be insane.
The evening is yours to enjoy in the vibrant city of Manchester. Don't worry. We'll steer you in the right direction!

DAY 2
We cross the invisible divide and head to Liverpool for a tour of Liverpool FC. There is a huge rivalry between Man U and Liverpool and if you tell the guys in the "pool" where you spent the previous day you will be overwhelmed by the attention you get. The sense of humor in Liverpool is second to none and you had better brace yourself for some ribbing if you tell them that Man U are a better team.

After visiting the stadium we go into town to see Cavern Walks - where the Beatles started and all the sights of this incredible, unique city. The day is rounded off on the Ferry across the Mersey.

You then have the night to explore the cultural quarter before the bus leaves for London the following day at 9 am.

Whilst taxis are available outside the Bluebird, at your own expense, we would recommend walking as the roads are extremely congested leading up to kick-off time. It will only take you 10 minutes. This is one of Terence Conrans’s eateries and is extremely popular and very highly regarded, serving first class food in contemporary surroundings.
