We begin our Rockies adventure in Calgary and travel to Jasper along the Icefields Parkway. You’ll enjoy the beauty of Banff National Park, Jasper & Spirit Lake, the spectacle that is ‘the Rockies’, vibrant Vancouver and much more along the way.

DAY 1 -
Flights departs London Gatwick or Manchester to Calgary where on arrival you’ll be met by your tour representative for the transfer to Banff and your hotel, the Fox Hotel & Suites
DAY 2 -
After breakfast, today you’ll enjoy an excursion of the Banff Area during which you’ll visit Bow River Falls, Banff’s Hot Springs at the Cave & Basin, take a Gondola trip to the top of Sulphur Mountain and enjoy a lavish buffet lunch at the world famous ‘Banff Springs Hotel’. Return to the hotel will be late afternoon with the remainder of the day at leisure.
DAY 3 -
We depart Banff after breakfast as we begin our Rocky Mountain Adventure. In the morning we visit breathtaking Lake Louise with its imposing Chateau at the head of the Lake. Then it’s on to the Columbia Icefield where the highlight of the day is an incredible journey on a ‘Snowcoach’ on to the Athabasca Glacier where you’ll be able to disembark & take photographs before returning to the base station some 4 miles below. We then make a short visit to Athabasca Falls before continuing on to Jasper.
DAY 4 -
Today will see us departing the hotel after a leisurely breakfast for a wonderful day excursion to Maligne Lake where you'll enjoy a 3 hour scenic boat trip to Spirit Island, one of the most photographed spots in the Rockies after which you’ll have some free time before making an afternoon visit to Maligne Canyon and a late afternoon return back to Jasper and our hotel.
DAY 5 -
We depart Jasper after breakfast and continue our journey westwards through the Rockies and today sees us leaving Alberta as we pass into British Columbia en route to Kamloops in the beautiful Thompson River Valley with scenic views of Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies.
DAY 6 -
After breakfast - Today our journey follows the whitewater rush of the Thompson River with a photo stop at the Thompson River Canyon. It’s then on to the Fraser Canyon where we’ll visit Hells Gate and take an Airtram ride to the base of the Canyon where more thundering waters surge through the gorge than pass over Niagara Falls at any one time!
Our final journey sees us arrive in the stunning city of Vancouver late afternoon.
DAY 7 -
Breakfast followed by a morning tour of Vancouver during which you'll see all the most popular and famous sites of Vancouver including Stanley Park, Chinatown and Gastown. A great way to get an overview of the city for first-time visitors or those short on time. Tour highlights include: Gastown, the historic area of Vancouver, Chinatown, Vancouver's cultural diversity in action, Robson Street, the fashion shopping area, Canada Place and the Alaska cruise ship terminal, Stanley Park including stops at the totem poles and Prospect Point, English Bay and Vancouver Harbour, Granville Island - Stop to see artists' studios, craft galleries and the Granville Island Public Market. Then in the afternoon we head out of town crossing the Lion's Bay bridge to the Capilano Park & Suspension Bridge where you can breathe in the cedar-scented rainforest air as you make your way across Vancouver's famous landmark. Walk along rainforest trails through magnificent evergreens and the unique perspective of Treetops Adventure, a walk high in the trees. Treetops Adventure is the newest of Capilano Suspension Bridge's attractions and the first venue of its kind in North America, offering a squirrel's eye view of a thriving coastal forest. Visitors venture from one magnificent Douglas fir tree to another on a series of elevated suspension bridges, some reaching as high as 100 feet (30meters) above the forest floor.
DAY 8 -
Today we embark on a full day excursion to Vancouver Island. Departing the hotel after breakfast we make the short journey to the port for a scenic morning ferry crossing through to Gulf Islands. Included is a visit to the famous Butchart Gardens. We then travel into Victoria where you’ll have the afternoon at leisure or, why not join our optional Whale Watching Tour during which you’ll see Orca’s (Killer Whales), seals, dolphins and other wildlife in an unequalled setting! Our return to Vancouver will be mid evening.
DAY 9 -
Breakfast followed by time at Leisure in Vancouver before your coach transfer to Vancouver airport for the flight back to London Gatwick or Manchester. Alternatively, why not take an optional 8 Day Alaskan Cruise?
